Coffee plantation in Honduras
Why is important to me?
This reminds me a lot of the essence of my grandmother. This property has been around for 5 generations. My grandmother with whom I grew up my entire childhood until I was 15 years old. I remember that we would go to the property every year during the coffee season which was only 3 months long and I would go because it was during my school holidays. My entire maternal family is from the mountains, that is the only thing that reminds me the most of my home, my land, my nation, my family, my everything to say the least, I remember those days as if they were yesterday. I did everything, I fished, I planted bananas, coffee beans among others and we had a very beautiful waterfall and the current of the water was strong.
