Claddagh ring from Ireland

This is my claddagh ring that I got when I went to Ireland for the first time in 2018. This ring is an Irish tradition for women that symbolizes different characteristics. The heart represents love, the hands represent friendship and the crown represents loyalty. I went to Ireland when I was eight years old, for a wedding but I got to meet lots of family that I have never met before. One of the reasons why this ring is special is because I remember picking it out when shopping with my family. Although it does not fit me anymore, it is special because some of the women on the Irish side of my family wear theirs. This ring brings me great memories of being with my family and is a symbol of my culture, and my grandparents immigration from Ireland.
