In 2015 I was in a chess tournament. It was the first competition I have ever been in and it was truly fun. I got first place and it showed me the love I have for the game. The object I am talking about is a decently sized chess board with space inside to hold the metal pieces. It is made of wood and if you drag your hand on it it is smooth. The object is not something that was passed down to me for even something old. It is something that I got in December of 2022 but even though it may not be old it still represents how I feel about chess and will be passed down from generation to generation. Out of everyone in my family, most of them use it and play chess from time to time.
