Ceviche
Above is a picture of ceviche. Ceviche is an Ecuadorian dish. My family usually eats this dich on special occasions and sometimes just to eat. It is cooked with shrimps, tomatoes, Cilantro, and lime. Ceviche is one of my favorite meals and is really enjoyable. People eat ceviche in many different ways. I chose ceviche because the recipe as passed through the family. My great-grandmother cooked this for my grandfather, and so when my grandfather came to america he taught my grandmother. Then the rest of the family learned. I really want to learn to cook this meal, so when i’m older I can enjoy some homemade ceviche. I wonder who in my family knew this recipe first. In conclusion this dish is really important to my family and me. Something I will always have in my heart.
