This blanket means a lot to my family and is significant to us because we’ve had it more than year and from before I was even born. This blanket is a brown blanket with an image of horses sewn on the front and flowers on the back. My mom bought this blanket in the city of Commerce at a store that has now been closed for a long time. This blanket has brought me and my family warmth and comfort throughout the years and it still does now and will for years to come. As of now I’m the one who keeps the blanket and who it belongs to, but my family and I have shared it during cold times and it means a lot to use because it kept us warm and safe during many cold times.  This blanket is a brown blanket with an image of horses sewn on the front and flowers on the back. We would only use the blanket during extreme colds during the winter and usually had it stored away if it isn’t necessary. I have a lot of memories with it such as lying in bed or the couch during a cold winter watching cartoons with my brothers and feeling safe and comfortable.  Overall, this means a lot to my family and our journey because it has provided us with warmth, comfort and memories.
