My great grandmother and great grandfathers house caught on fire from an explosion in the basement due to a a gas leak. My grandma's mother and fathers holy bible that sat on the coffee table was the only object in the house to survive. It was flown out the house from the explosion and not one page of Gods word was burnt or scorched. The bible sits in my house on a coffee table this day. It makes my belief in our religion stronger and reminds me to be grateful for the family I have. It is such a powerful story that shows miracles do happen and God is our protector.
