Bible study
I live in Brooklyn, New York with my mom, sister and brother. My father is African American and my mother is Cuban. Although my mother was from a Spanish descent, she never accepted that side of her family and decided to lean towards her African American roots, so did my brother and I. My sister on the other hand is Puerto Rican and leans towards those roots. But, we don’t celebrate any type of traditions. So we decided to make our own, and we call it “The Sabbath Bible study.” Where every Saturday we get in a meeting with our other family members and talk about certain scriptures in the Bible. However, my family and I aren’t Christian or in any religion. We just heavily believe in Yahuah Elohim. This “tradition” became a very important part in our lives, and we never skip a day without worshipping him!
