Bible
My object is a religious book and it is called a Mexican Bible. This bible was given to my parents from my grandma. She gave it to us because she wanted us to be able to use it every single day right before we go to bed.
This object is important to my family because it talks about God. Our family believes in God so it helps us keep our faith. It makes us feel happy knowing that God's love is always around us through the words of the Bible.
The Bible is usually made out of a hardcover, often leather, to protect the pages on the inside. The pages are really thin and the words are small and in Spanish. People in Mexico speak Spanish.
The Mexican Bible is important to our family because it represents our culture, our religion, and our beliefs. My family cherishes this religious book.
