I chose a dish passed down from my native country, Bangladesh. The dish's name is called Bhapa Pita. It's a kind of pita made from ground coconut and tree sap. Why this is important to me is because it was basically tradition to make these at special occasions in Bangladesh and it is very yummy! A question I would like to ask the person who invented Bhapa Pita is, how did you think of it? Experimentations? It reminds me of my home country Bangladesh and its food culture. Another question I have is when was this made and invented and who made it?
