This is Bear. Not a very original name, I know, but I’m not the one who named him. He was given to my mother when she was 6 years old, and when I was around that age, she passed him to me. He has been taken to by my mom to Canada, France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Nepal, Thailand, and Ecuador. I hope to someday travel the world and take him myself, carrying my mom’s memory with me. And, someday, I may just pass him down to my own child.
