Basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world. My brother and I play every year. We usually like to play games outside like pig or knock out. The object is used to dribble, shoot, and even play a basketball game with your friends and family. I like to play basketball every winter because that is when the season starts. This sport is important to me because my dad passed down the sport to me and he taught me how to play. It is also important to me because it is one of my favorite sports. People need to understand that basketball is one of the most fun sports and that you need to try the sport themselves. Also basketball is really fun to watch. You can watch your favorite sports team for basketball and watch them try to win the NBA Finals. I think it is super cool watching my favorite basketball team playing on the big screen. The NBA also does a dunk contest and an all star game every year. This is why basketball is one of my favorite sports and why you should try out the sport yourself.
