This bank once belonged to my grandmother who was a bit of a beatnik. She hung out with artists who painted and sculpted in the coastal communities north of Boston. She always valued this bank because it was from Bennington Pottery, a Vermont studio she held in high regard. The bank, which sits on a mantle in my home is a reminder of this unique and interesting woman.
