When I lived in Honduras, my grandmother made me baleadas, and sometimes I also made them with my aunts. I would go out to eat with my friends and we would eat baleadas. They are delicious. Now, my mother and I also make them with her. It is a Honduran tradition, but it is one of the ones I like the most.
