BAKED ZITI
My father is Irish and Italian. My mother is French and Colombian. As a family recipe my mother often makes baked ziti for special occasions.
It’s pretty simple to make, all you need is the following ingredients and lots of love.
Ingredients

1 pound dry ziti pasta - 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
- 6 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Ziti is like lasagna, which reminds me of Garfield. He is always eating pounds and pounds. I could do it if you let me. If you would like an additional treat with your lasagna, some toasty garlic bread would do.
