Manti is a Turkish dish that is important to my family because we always make it together with my grandma and my aunties. It's not something we cook quickly; it takes time and patience. Everyone helps. My grandma showed me how to fold the small pieces and at first I was bad it butt we laughed lot while I was learning. Now when we make manti we talk about our family in Turkey. It makes me feel connected to my culture and reminds me that food can bring people together
