Arroz con leche is a Mexican dessert that can be served for special occasions as well as everyday. The first time I tried it was in Mexico. Ever since that I really liked arroz con leche because it reminds me of my grandma. My family came from Mexico in the year 1990. Arroz con leche is made out of rice, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins are optional. You can have it cold or hot thin or thick. The consistency is up to you, as well as the temperature. Arroz con leche taste really good.
