This crystal has been passed down from recent generations, and is special to my identity in both religion and spiritual. The amethyst is used to relieve stress, protect, heal, and to bring wisdom. When my grandmother moved from the south for the benefit of her kids this crystal is what was given to them and was passed down specifically in my family and has helped me spiritually.
