We all came from Ecuador. My father decided to travel to the United States in 1996. My mother and my sisters stayed in Ecuador and I came in 1999.My mom used to wake up at 5:00 am and make breakfast for me and my sisters. She used to make rice and chicken or meat and a delicious hot chocolate. I remember she had to use a coffee grinder to make hot chocolate and she taught me how to use the coffee grinder. I remember she told me you need to learn how to make hot chocolate and also how to cook because one day I will not be with you. When I remember that, I miss my mom a lot. Soon I hope to be with her.
