White bowl green leave trim
This bowl is approx 95 years old and belonged to my Great Grandmother Katie Power, who was second generation from Ireland, we believe west coast Cork County. The bowl was passed to my grandmother Mildred Power then to my mother Beverly Irwin. Great Grandma Katie made her famous homemade beef and noodles and always served the mash potatoes in this bowl, perhaps as a reminder of the Irish Potato Famine as Great Great Grandmother, we believe, must have immigrated to America around this time period between 1800 to 1840. My mother no longer uses the bowl due to sentimental value and fear of breakage.
