I want to tell you about a “venik”. Since early times in my home country people have used it in a bath house. It's birch or oak branches gathered in a bunch. The branches  usually have already dry leaves, because the venik used for as long as possible. Therefore, we put it in hot water before using it. After that one man beats another man with the venik in a  special room with extremely high temperature, named “parnaya”. So the blood comes to the skin and people felling ease. It is very healthy procedure.   I remember, my father took me in forest for making the veniks. I know, there are bathhouses with the venik in New York. Do you want to try it?
