Varsity Baseball Pin
This pin belonged to my grandfather. He was on the varsity baseball team at St. Stanislaus High School in Detroit, Michigan. He was a starting pitcher and one of the more dominating ones. Back then, when you played a varsity sport, you got these pins to put on your letter jacket as opposed to a patch that was sewn on. In the picture, the "RBL" stands for (?) Baseball League, and the "C 46" stands for Casimir 1946. This object is important to me because I have looked up to my grandpa growing up, and also because I was given to talent to play baseball. He gave me this pin the day my family and I moved from Detroit.
