Black chain urn necklace + a Rose

After my dad passed away, our family was devastated. A long cherished lover and parent departed all too soon, my Dad was a devout man of the cross, one that I've always looked up to and aspired to be like. Everyday he diligently worked on his blueprints, dressed in a slack bathrobe while eating a large serving of sliced whipped cream coated strawberries.
His workspace was many things, but silent was never one of them. He listened to a lot of Christian music, and by far his favorite song was “Amazing Grace”. Now, all we have left of him are the ashes left by a cremator. We all have our ornaments to remember him. Urns, Jewelry, Vinyl Records, but in particular I wanted a necklace so I can carry him near my heart at all times.
On the days that we missed him and on the days that we didn't, we sang amazing grace, and I'd clasp the necklace in my palm and feel closer to him along with my family. With this necklace I remember not only in part the grace of the lord but the love and kindness of my Dad, now gone but never forgotten.
“tis grace has brought me safe thus far, and grace will lead me home.”
