Track is an important part of my life and my family. We spend time together at meets, practices, and celebrations after races, and it brings people together through competition and teamwork. More than just a sport, track symbolizes dedication, growth, and unity. Every race, workout, and relay teaches discipline and hard work while creating memories that last a long time.
