For the Tenement Museum i am bringing a picture of a tool that my grandma uses to make plantains.  Plantains are a food that originated from southeast Asia.  Plantains are from the banana family.  It is usually fried or baked.  It is 4.6 grams of fiber and 1.6 grams of protein.  It is It looks like hands with red nail polish on it.  It is from Haiti and It is important to me because there it is from my country and i will cook with it when i get older.
