The object that I have is a ring that my grandmother gave me for my birthday, the ring contains my birthstone, which is garnet. Garnet is a renewing stone. It restores and clears, bringing peace and happiness once and for all.  It possesses masterful therapeutic effects on an individual's mind, body, spirit, and emotional well-being. With a Garnet crystal on hand, you get to inhale all the vitality from the stone and exhale the toxicity inside your body. When I look at it, I think of my grandma, and it reminds me to have tranquility and be bliss in everything I do.
