The Dominican Flag is a food. It looks like normal food, delicious. This is made from rice,beans and meat. It is used to eat. This food is from the Dominican Republic. In my life this is connected  with my country, my people, and my culture because all Dominican people eat that. You can eat that any day. This connect with my identity because I’m Dominican. I like this food, and this food is important to me because it connects and represents me and my culture.One day I remember that when I got home after school I was sad because I had not been able to understand the work that the teacher had left. When I got home I smelled the delicious smell of my favorite food. When I went to the kitchen my mom had cooked the Dominican flag. Sadness left me and I went to my room very happy because after bathing I was going to eat my favorite food.
