 My Divino Niño Statue

Do you know the Divino Nino statue? well if you don’t know its a young boy with shoulder length blonde curly hair, with a sunset pink dress and, a green bow strap around his waist oh and, pink blushed cheeks.

This statue is significant to my family because, it was invented in some if those times when my mom and dad were born . Also its from the Dominican republic. Also, who doesn’t love gods son right? We take it very seriously when we pray next to it.

I know I know what’s going through your mind right now .What’s the importance of praying next to it and how do we pray next to it .Well we do that to show our appreciation to god for him risking his life for us. Also it gets more serious when we do that in our knees.

Finally, the Divino Niño statue makes me feel very proud to be Dominican and i will grow up knowing I will let my kids learn a lot about the Divino Niño statue
