My object is called The Bible. The one in the picture is much smaller than the real thing. It has two testaments, the old and new testaments. The Old Testament i the first part of the Bible which was written before Jesus Christ was born. The old testament has many books,beginning with Genesis-meaning the beginning, followed by Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua and Judges and many more. In total, the old testament is made up of 39 books. The last book of the old testament is Malachi.  In the Old Testament, God is the one who created the world. The God of the Old Testament is not always presented as the only God who exists but, the God of the Old Testament is always shown as the only God whom Israel is to worship.
The New Testament is the second part of the Christian Bible. It discusses the teachings and person of Jesus the Christ. The new testament is made up of 27 books, beginning with Matthew and ending with Revelation (apocalypse). The New Testament's background, the second division of the Christian Bible, is called the New Testament, which is based primarily upon the Hebrew Bible.
