I choose to use the bible as the object I want to describe as it has been with me throughout my life and has provided stability and guidance when I needed it .The bible has a very important part in both me and my family's life as it is something that connects us all  his is because my mother used to make us pray every night to thank God for all that he has given us. The nightly prayers my mother made us not only nurtured a sense of gratitude but also reinforced family values and provided a moment of family bonding that I always loved.The act of praying together fostered deeper relationships that allowed my family members to share their thoughts and feelings with each other. It can create a safe space for talking about their problems, joys, hopes and dreams that gives all of us a better and stronger bond. And a specific passage from the bible that connects us is Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us not to be anxious but to present our requests to God, which can be a comforting reminder during tough times.
