Taxco a City of Silver
My parents are from a place called Taxco, which is located in the State of Guerrero, Mexico. It is one of the most important tourist centers in the State. It is also known as a magical town for the quality of the silverware and colonial buildings and its beautiful landscapes, one of the churches. The oldest is Santa Prisca, which is more than 250 years old is an icon of the town and made from only silver and gold on the inside. Taxco is a tourist area. Taxco is one of the most important mining centers for its traditional silver work. It is world-renowned. The people are called Taxqueños. One day in the year 2001 my parents emigrated from Taxco to Chicago. My parents later then went on to meet in Chicago and made a family.
