Bottle of Tahini

Both my parents originated from Israel, where a supermajority of my extended family still lives. The tahini represented in the photo reminds me of my parent's immigration story because not only did they bring themselves to the United States, they brought their food, culture, ideals, and many things alike. Every time we visit Israel, I would remember my parents purchasing this tahini, as we enjoyed it very much. Recently, we found it at a local delicatessen just a few towns away, and the entire store, its environment, and especially the products within remind me of my heritage, and my family's immigration.
