My family plays a card game called Spoons. We use metal spoons to play. They feel cold and smooth. When I am playing the game I feel excited and so does my family. My grandparents come over and other family members too. The game is really fun and competitive. It’s a new tradition for us. It’s important for my family to spend time together. When my family is together the whole family is happy. We play Uno too. At dinnertime, often one of us is on the phone. But when we play games together, no one is on the phone unless they get a call.  This makes playing card games fun.  The Spoons game is important to me because it is a time when we are really happy as a family.
