When I’m the goalie, the soccer ball feels like it’s alive. It’s really fast and tries to trick me. Sometimes it zooms past me like it’s laughing, and sometimes it turns like it’s saying, “You can’t stop me!” I jump and try to block it, but it still goes in sometimes. The ball feels like it wants to win. But I talk to it and say, “Not today!” I’m the goalie, and I never give up. I will keep trying to stop that tricky ball every time.
