Silver Crown
When I was just a little girl in Mexico, I got very sick on my birthday that I almost died because my parents didn't have the money to pay for the expensive medications I needed. My mother was so traumatized by this event that she had to emigrate to the United States so that I would never lack anything again. My parents left me with my grandmothers when I had barely turned 2 years old. After that moment, I never imagined that I would go without them on all my birthdays, to be exact, 15 years. This crown is the representation of my parents' sacrifice for me. They left their dreams to fulfill mine. My grandmothers put the crown on my head because my parents could not be with me on that special day of my 15th years but I thank them but since My parents never left me, I got sick again and I had everything except them, but after 15 years I was with them again. This crown makes me always think of them and I will keep it forever.
