“Shuco”
My name is Bryan Alvarez and this my story. I will tell you about one of the traditional Guatemalan foods called Shuco. This reminds me of when I used to accompany my grandmother to her therapies. The first time I tried them, I didn't know what they were, I didn't know what they were made of, but after continuing to eat them, I knew what they were.When leaving her therapies we always went to eat one, this is a very important meal for Guatemala since then we always take the recipe with us wherever we go since it is a traditional and important meal for my country.

Mi nombre es Bryan Alvarez y esta es mi historia. Les hablaré de una de las comidas tradicionales guatemaltecas llamada Shuco. Esto me recuerda cuando acompañaba a mi abuela a sus terapias. La primera vez que los probé, no sabía que eran, no sabía de qué estaban hechos, pero después de seguir comiéndolos, supe lo que eran. Al salir de sus terapias siempre íbamos a comer uno. , esta es una comida muy importante para Guatemala ya que siempre llevamos la receta a donde vamos ya que es una comida tradicional e importante para mi país.
