My object is my great grandmother's old Secretary and it never really had a name but it reminds me of her whenever I see it. The Secretary desk is never is used in a certain way. My family will not put things in there and we only take things out to look and then put them back in. So I would just say that the Secretary desk is only for memories. My great grandmother didn't know where it came from, she just bought it from somewhere and now it was passed down to my dad and now it lives in our house. Well, the way I think of it is the colors on the Secretary desk. The colors are black, gold, etc. and how from what I have heard about her and how nice and caring she was, it makes me kind of think that the Secretary desk is kinda like her heart and that means that she has a heart of gold. The Secretary desk that she used to own is very important to me because whenever I see it I think about my great grandmother and how nice she really was.
