Sea Shells have always been a part of my life, ever since I was a little. My family and I share a deep bond and many traditions, including our annual summer beach visits. This trip is very memorable and nostalgic for both me and my family as we are able to visit a place we’ve been traveling to since we were young. As the years have gone by, me and my family have gone to many beautiful beaches and collected seashells in memory of those trips. My grandparents have then created framed pieces of all the shells we collect from the places we travel to. Since my cousins and I were very little, the parents and grandparents, over the years, decided to capture small treasures from these beaches, through a collection of seashells. As we got older, we began joining in on the fun and gathering a whole bunch of beautiful seashells. The small things we collect as a family represents, not only us as a whole, but myself as a person and how meaningful quality time and adventure with your loved ones are. These seashells hold the stories of each family trip, weaving together our cherished memories and experiences. The seashells we bring home have become a very important collection of memories I make with my family, illustrating my childhood to (my soon to be) adulthood. As the years continue and we uphold these family traditions, my family and I will keep adding to this collection of memories, fueling my excitement for each upcoming trip.
