This is sancocho, sancocho is a traditional dish that comes from the Dominican republic.This dish is important to me because it’s something that i grew up with and something that has been passed around throughout my life.This is also important to me because this recipe comes from loved ones who isn't here with us anymore and i could use this as a benefit when i grow up.
