When I was a child I saw my grandma and my mother use a rolling pin every morning to make bread to eat with tea. But making bread with rolling pin was not an easy thing to do. We have a big family and my mother had to make a lot of bread. Her hands world get red from rolling the bread. Her hands world also hurt, but she did not complain. sometimes when her hand hurts she would make less bread. During Eid and Ramada she made a lot of bread. Today she use the technology to make her life easier but it seems like there is to as much love in the bread as when made with the rolling pin and her hands don't hurt anymore!
