Red envelopes

My object of choice is red envelopes. This is a tradition my family celebrates during Chinese New Year because they are Chinese immigrants. Red envelopes are also given out when seeing a relative you don't see often or when it's someone's birthday. They are given out as a way of blessing good luck towards ppl each other when giving and receiving it. Red envelopes are red because in China the color red represents good fortune and luck.
