This is the Silver Elizebeth Queen Jubilee Mug. These mugs are often made after an important royal event happens in England. They are often used as displays. It was gifted to my grandmother after she had my father in 1977. All the neighbors chipped in to gift this to my family. Eventually my family on my dad’s side came to America for my grandfather’s work. Although now most of my family is back in England now. Eventually the mug was hand down to my father because it was given to him as a present for his birth. Now it is kept in my household, and reminds me of my family.
