My great-grandma was a wonderful woman who made many beautiful embroidered blankets and pillows for me. I wish I could've known better, but when I was very young she developed Parkinson's disease. Though she continued to make embroidered pillows and blankets for me. Unfortunately, on August 25, 2014, she passed away because of Parkinson's disease. our family misses her very much so every year we go and support the foxtrot for Parkinson's disease and I hope after hearing my story you do too.
