Every time I visit my family in Chile we always go to a little town called Tunquen. Tunquen is a little town in central Chile by the coast where my family owns a house. Ever since I was 8 I always remembered the food that we ate in that house, specifically a meal that we eat at lunch called Pastel de Choclo. It's a casserole type of dish that is a combination of Corn, beef, and spices. Pastel de Choclo is one of the biggest reasons for why I like going back to Chile.
