My recipe is called Oshpalow. The recipe was made in 1872 and is 142 years old. I chose this recipe because it is really old and when you make it tastes good to my family. My recipe is from Uzbekistan. In my family everybody eats it because they like the food and it tastes good. It is made with rice, oil, carrots, meat, onions, garlic, water, salt. I think now this recipe is popular because almost everybody makes it for celebrations or holidays or you can just make it if you want to.
