This is Osh plov (Rice with Meat on top). This is a traditional meal for my country (Uzbekistan). We cook it for parties, Visits,and Weddings (The ones at weddings are HUGE). The Meat could be lamb or cow and the rice has carrots combined with the rice. When you finish making the Osh plov you mostly make a side dish that you could eat the Osh Plov with, for example tomatoes with onions or you could add garlic with the Osh plov. Osh Plov is a food that is cooked with oil and carrots. In my country we use our hands to eat the Osh Plov. Osh plov takes a long time to make so when you make it you might have to wait a while for the Osh Plov to be ready. In my opinion I find Osh Plov very tasty. I love Osh Plov, it is my favorite meal.
