The civil code establishes that the inheritance petition action prescribes in 10 years, however in the case of the putative heir to whom possession has been given by judicial decree it will serve as just title, that is, since the possession has just title It is regular and to acquire the domain by prescription.  Honduras has 11 national holidays for the entire country such as Easter, Christmas or September 15. In addition, Honduras also has 12 additional holidays that, although they are not mandatory, many are celebrated in different ways throughout the country.
