My story is about a chair from old yankee stadium. Before the old yankee stadium was destroyed my grandpa bought a chair that was in old yankee stadium, that was up for auction for $20. I don't know where or how he got it. But it's very historic and cool. After he got it, my grandma painted it brown to match my dads room. My grandpa was not happy about that and neither was my dad. My dad is still mad about that and so am I. It has been passed down and will probably still be passed down in the future. But first it has to get spray painted back to its original color. The chair is an amazing thing to have and sits in my room. This is important to me because for generations my family have been yankee fans and to have something that is pretty rare is special. As a yankee fan it is really special to have something from the past that had a lot of memories before it was demolished. This chair is very cool because there were so many championships and events that were at yankee stadium and that this chair is very old.
