The necklace is made of many kinds of gold. It is a way to remind you of your baptism. This object came from my godparents. The one who gave  me this object was my godmother, Neli, and godfather, Meno. The necklace is important to me because it is a remembrance of my baptism. The object connects to my culture because I was baptized in a Catholic church. My mom is Catholic and my dad is Christian, but my mom told me when she was younger she would enjoy her religion. She has her saints like the Virgin Mary and god at his dinner table. We all believe in god but in a different way; we do not go to church, but practice our religion at home but not everyday.
