The object given to me was my necklace with a cross. It was gifted to me by my parents on my first birthday. The necklace was something given to me to remember my parents and something to pass down to my own children in the future. My necklace has been with me for the past 16 years and I've worn it almost everyday. It's something I want to keep for a while and eventually pass down to my children.
