My artifact is a silver necklace. It was given to me by my dad. My dad use to wear it when he was little. When my dad was a grown-up, he gave it to me. This necklace brings peace and good luck. Many Chinese people wear similar necklaces, with similar carvings on it.                                  I got this necklace when I was five years old. That was three years ago. My mom brought it for me from China. I wear it every day, even when I go to sleep. One day my child will get to wear it too.
